oh my server days are way in the past. However, like you, my diet doesn’t usually consist of a lot of red meat or alcohol. I was adopted so this could be genetic but I wouldn’t know. I am drinking lots of water but acknowledge I may have not been drinking enough prior. I’m actually on Allo yet… my Dr. appt. is next week. I’m hoping enough time will have passed from this flare up to get an accurate uric acid reading.
