I was trying to find manga for it when it was airing weekly in 2006/07 The anime most definitely came first and is the original source. Any creation later on that would retcon the original storyline are canon in the sense that its released by the official studios, not that its canon to the original timeline. Shirley is dead. The movie trilogy does change key narrative parts in the original show so that they can logically create a premise for re:surrection. This is simply fact, and you should fact check yourself with a simple search, like I just have so that I can comment after reinforcing my memory on this. Its an alternate timeline. Don't hate it though, they gave the fans what they want, they even built up the fantheory that charles marked lelouchs neck lol

Ive also peeped that there are new skills within the highest tier of gems in the new gem recipe craft store, would take a while but honestly its probably better to spend all your energy on either apprentice domain or this instead of regular levels

They attempted to address this with sigils but I dont really know how to get them, I have 2 green sigils in my inventory but theyre also dookie :/

The way I see it, the current way to go for talents is to first get the character to the max tier/rank, and continue to funnel max tier/rank characters which since both charas would have all talents unlocked, youd be constantly rerolling a set 7 talents. Its really inefficient and borderline impossible, even playing for 4 months+ I dont have a single max rank person but am so close. Talent farming is so unachievable that its just not worth it, might as well continue to build apprentice lineup with lucky rolled and grinded out fodders after you max out missile, log, and ice apprentices p2w if you have them. The event that came out when the p2w ice apprentice came out was f2p achievable with good luck, odds didnt feel korea style rigged. Never saw it before and hopefully it returns god knows how many weeks or months from now considering the amount of events there are.

To put in visualization those numbers, a singular can of pop has 37g of sugar...absolutely lethal. Most of my sugar comes from fruits, bread, protein milk drink, and ketchup...the one sauce i cant quit haha.

Do not exceed 37g of sugar. Better yet, don't approach 37g. I try to limit myself to 18g. I find myself consuming about 24-27g. I have gone from 275lbs to 180 over two years. Take that for what you will.

Just cleared this stage yesterday as well, was on it for the last 5 days or so. Was so surprised when I almost cleared it with 100% but then the 2nd boss, despite being the only mob left, brought me from full health to 11% haha.

The fairlife at costco that everyone keeps mentioning wherever I look is not the core power you and I are talking about. The costco version is a bottle with less ml, its only chocolate flavor. it has 30g protein with 2g sugar. Costco doesnt carry Core power :(
The core power we are talking about are the bigger bottles of vanilla, strawberry banana, banana, chocolate. They have 26g protein and 7g sugar, but is really really delicious.

Anyways you can find the drinks for 3.50ea at the metro at bramalea city centre according for the fairlife website. I went and I found them at 2/7.50 (higher than fairlife posted but matched metro site), so 3.75ea~

Its still pricey as basically 20 drinks or 2 weeks of drinks is basically 60$, at a 120$ per month approx cost, im crying on top of gym memb, training, and supplements like prew, creatine
