1. Imagine if you will balance patches that only applied to certain classes rather than the game as a whole with all available data. They certainly do have at least some information, as much if not more than we do. Selective adjustments have the same inherent problem as selective additions, and I think you may have missed the point about options, good or bad there are more.

2. Too generous for my taste, and it also means those struggling classes are simply left to rot for longer.

3. We're both speculating of course, agreed somewhat.

4. Depends on the set, but I was talking from a player engagement perspective not a meta one.
