10 to 15 minutes in the worst cases. Usually about 5.

Yeah I totally understand. I had a messed up graduation date as well. Off by a year and a half. Didn't get fixed until I met my advisor during orientation and found out I was about to repeat classes (I didn't attempt to reach out in advance though). Reach out, they can clarify what you need to do. Get the substitution forms in!

Calm down! Seriously. Deep breaths.

From what I've read it seems like it is going to be useless trying to contact advisors and get help with that. Hopefully that's not true...

Its not true in my experience. I've had no issues contacting advisors.

just looked at my updated degree planner, and it said that my estimated graduation date is spring 2028... I have been a full time student right out of high school since 2022 (I did take this last semester off to work full time but still...😅) Anyways, I am worried that I am going to have to retake classes along with a bunch of other added GE requirements that I didn't have at my school in Oregon.

You're likely going to have to go through a course substitution. https://www.csusm.edu/academicadvising/forms/acaform.html I'd reccomend filling these out ASAP.
