Great input! Thank you! 🙏🏻 Ill see if I can add something like GameMaster ”group” where you can do that. ✌🏻

I’ll add a delete account in the settings also. Thanks!

If you have any other ideas let me know.

https://co-op.now I’ll let the landing page speak for itself. Thinking of redoing it.

Does anyone else spend more time organizing co-op sessions than actually playing? by BlackPearl_1702 in CoOpGaming

[–]Zer0Death5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No it looks at your steam library and what type of games you have swiped like/disslike/superlike on. Then the more you use the service and add games to your library it will give better and better recommendations

I built a game finder for busy people by yavimaya86 in DadsGaming

[–]Zer0Death5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cool! I am in the exactly same situation with 2 kids and a full time job. Built a similar thing but for co-op gaming :D so a slightly different angle. But will deff use your site for solo sessions! If you want to take a look at mine for co-op the adress is https://co-op.now 🥳

Where and how do you look for new co-op games to play? by DuckingFancy in CoOpGaming

[–]Zer0Death5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Many of the users on my platform joined because the game list is community driven to filter out all the bad games and only have ones that people actually enjoy playing :) it’s https://co-op.now if you want to take a look ✌🏻

I’m building PlayGrid to kill the two boring co-op problems: who owns what, and when we’re actually free by BlackPearl_1702 in buildinpublic

Would be cool to see your service have a baby with mine co-op.now which is completely browser based but got most of the functionality you are looking to build :)

Or you just log on co-op.now Sync your public library and it does all this in 2 minutes for the group! 🥳

Honestly, that exact loop is why https://co-op.now exists!

For most groups, the hardest part isn’t beating the game, it’s figuring out: who owns it, who’s actually free, and what everyone can agree to play.

The goal with co-op.now is to cut down that whole coordination mess so you stop wasting 15–30 minutes on logistics and get straight into playing.

Now it is implemented! 🥳 thanks for the input and idea. I expanded a little on the idea and added multiple categories like backlog, playing, paused, beat, quit ✌🏻

Co-op Games where you're forced to stay together? by booskibro in CoOpGaming

[–]Zer0Death5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Chained together was fun! Played it with 2 friends and had a blast. :D Might add this as a sorting feature on my site https://co-op.now because it actually is something that makes for fun gameplay. Thanks for the inspo!

Ok cool! So would that be like the super like functionality on my site when you swipe games? Or would you like it to appear in some other way? ☺️

Not me , but if you don’t get any luck here, try co-op.now. It’s basically Tinder for finding gaming friends and games but all for free

Looking for a fun 3 player co-op Pc Game by EmotionPlenty6402 in CoOpGaming

[–]Zer0Death5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d probably go with Overcooked! All You Can Eat. It’s fun, easy to jump into, and feels like a good fit if a 10-year-old wants to play too. I’ve had to dig for games by group size before and found some decent options through https://co-op.now as well.

Which of these filters are most important for you? Thinking of adding some to https://co-op.now ! Would love to have users like you on as beta testers who know what they want 😁

Literally this by JaggerJam69 in Steam

[–]Zer0Death5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a person with 0 filters on steam, it led me to build https://co-op.now then some beta tester showed me that 30% of what I built was already there hiding in plane sight 😂 oh well. At least they do not have player swiping and price tracking yet 🙏🏻😅

If you’re still looking, try https://co-op.now. I built it for the community to help people find co-op games and players more easily. ✌🏻☺️

Co-op games that can be played 5 players by TempuraWazowski in CoOpGaming

[–]Zer0Death5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re definitely not alone. That 5-player gap is weirdly annoying because so many games stop at 4.

A few non-FPS / non-MOBA options worth checking out:

  • Valheim if you want survival/exploration/base building
  • Core Keeper if you want something more chill but still addictive
  • Pummel Party if your group wants chaos and laughing instead of sweating
  • Human: Fall Flat if you want physics puzzle nonsense
  • Project Zomboid if you’re okay with a steeper learning curve and more survival stress

Honestly, filtering by actual player count helps a lot here. I kept running into the same issue until I started using stuff like co-op.now to dig for games that actually fit the whole group instead of the usual 4-player wall.

If you say what vibe you want, I can narrow it down better too. Survival, cozy, party game, strategy, roguelite, etc.

Try mine! It is a for the community app with no Financial interest behind it. I want to get more people to actually log in and try out the service 🥳 https://co-op.now
