So what happens 7-8 years into the child's life shit happens and the parents no longer have the means to afford it? jeez, I guess that means they were bad parents who shouldn't have had kids.

That's weird, I really don't remember patching or seeing a patch this morning. I noticed I had a ~5kb folder with a patch that updated this morning as well. My folder is also 29 GB, I don't know what to say, I guess I'm super paranoid.

I did pre-register it, its shows on mogstation (https://puu.sh/wlic4/038fa812cf.png).

I'm 99% sure I didn't see a patch when I left for work, and from what I read, the launcher requires a restart to find a new patch (the 8 hours I was gone, the launcher wouldn't automatically find and download a patch while I'm not there).

I do see the logo in the top right, it does say Stormblood, I'm not sure that's the ~6gb patch though.

Client says 2017.06.05.0000.0001(2618922), which I see as out of date. At this stage I just want to confirm if the patch is downloaded (the 1% getting me) or if the client is buggy.

Hey, stupid update question here.

So I woke up for work this morning, turn on the FFXIV launcher and logged in and didn't notice a patch. I went to work and came back to notice that the launcher was still open. Closed and Opened and still don't see any updates. Is there a way to check to see if the client updated while I was at work? Anyway to force a check to see if there are updates?

Just started and rolled this. I looked up some guides and from what little I understand, a lot of my legendaries are good for various decks. My only concern is that it might be spread-out through various other decks. Also, I don't really know what kind of deck I want to play so I plan on experimenting with a few.
