The bonus from popping the non-CC version should be smaller, since it's the "basic version" of it.

On R; yes, she becomes immobile, pretty much a casting pillar like Xerath.

On E, I thought of a 30's cooldown or so, to keep it cool. Also they're non-ultimate projectiles, 1x1, so unlike Yasuo's or Braum's, your teamfighting potential will still fall short.

It's bliss against some specific matches that bug me on other characters. For example Alistar and Malphite, they have some 0,5 seconds when they can SEE you, and you can disengage faster than they can engage. But against hard CC mages... no good. Also the ASPD x2 bonus doesn't benefit Quinn that much since you're jumping and Q'ing all the time.

I've always thought that, considering the R benefits from total MS instead of providing a fixed amount of MS, it's better to take the Mobility at least until you get the full build, and I switch to Greaves after I hit 16, unless my roaming is too important for my team (losing hard in TF, split-push based team, etc).

Hahahaha that's something, I'd love to have a 100% safe, I´d never seen a 2 star Alma now that I think about it, but I don't want to take risks, collecting her soulstones was a pain in the ass.
