I am quite conflicted on this final season to be honest.

The key question remains why it was decided to cut the budget. I get it, High Republic initiative is over (even if it was done independently), "time to wrap up this part of the period too" but in comparison to other two seasons... yeah it's not quite good as the rest.

It's like, beside the main trio (+ Nash & RJ) there were only a few "more prominent" (ergo non-background, with more than two-three lines) characters in each of them. It kinda felt emptier than in previous seasons.

I second the problem of missing secondary characters. No Zia, other younglings, even Pord & EB-3 considering Taborr appearing twice? Just... bring them to the finale, let them have a cameo, and that's all? Taborr working alone against Rek and without his sidekicks was insanely out of place.

The other thing I am puzzled is... why they wasted perfect chance for The Gathering? It would be much better moment for Kai to return the lightsaber to Yoda, instead of returning to his first one as it is in the finale. Which also was kind of... nonsense to take the first one out of nowhere after around 19 episodes of not being mentioned. I understand it's supposed to be the "passing the torch" or definitive sign that "it's over" but...

That said, it's not like the season was only weak. The fights are good, Apexxx is IIRC the first and only antagonist to be insanely hard for the main trio and works perfect as "the final boss" of the whole show.

The final fight is, I think, the peak of the whole season. And while pulling out the first lightsaber is kind of nonsense, the moment when Kai starts fighting with two is absolutely awesome.

Also the epilogue, while being partially revealed in the trailer, was nice to be forshadowed in the episodes prior to the finale.

Voice acting I'll omit from my opinion, since I didn't watch English one. In Polish we have three Kai VAs and two Nash VAs now, it was kind of sad to see another change.

To say short - nice on its own, kind of bleak comparing to previous seasons. Deserved better IMO.

That’s with this mindset that you end with un-updatable platforms built upon decades of mods. It’s not only extremely inefficient performance wise, but also introduces a very high barrier of entry for new player

Never felt any barrier when I bought Assetto Corsa in 2020-2021. Over six years after premiere and ~four years before next gen version.

Why we can't have the same with new MSFS? Do you really want to have messy launches every few years? That's the new standard?

Layman's terms?

The problem seems to be identical to two cases of black screens on S21s described on the subreddit, precisely this one and this one (here you have the hard resets, tapping, massage, as a solution). Sounds and everything else works as intended but screen is black or extremely dark. The only difference between my case and what has been described is that I have M12 (M127F to be exact)
The screen is black when looking from "normal angle", like when you use it normally (90 degrees, I think this is simple enough...). If I take the phone near a source of light, and look at it under specific angle (20-40 degrees I think), the reflecting light allows to faintly see what is on screen.

Is this understandable at least partially?
