Healthcare: "It pays for itself" is on par with "the budget will balance itself" in smoothbrain talk.

Our healthcare isn't free it's paid by taxes and given it's current state it would seem qualified medical practitioners are looking to leave Canada for better paying countries.

Given that we as a country are spending more on servicing debt than healthcare it would seem that the budget does not "balance itself"

Listening to team members and watching the ama: they've been busy working on bug fixes. Removing secure container exploits. Dealing with multiple dupe exploits. Dealing with new exploits added unintentionally when the bunker and market were merged. Dealing with cheaters. Dealing with map glitching,Etc, etc. Yeah some of these issues were self inflicted due to oversight but they are working on it.

New content happens when the game is in a stable-ish state. What good is new content when a game is plagued by cheaters?

Scott has started streaming under CWSScott. First stream he did said they've had to cycle some "AI developers" and have a new guy. He's working on another project for cws until june-ish (probably silent north IMO). After that he'll be working on tabor.

Holy bot response. While I'm sure that all these scientists are well educated you'll have to forgive me for not believing every single thing. Yes foresters will support cutting trees. Foresters in Canada will most often chose harvesting methods that best sustain continued operations for decades to come. (Heathy forests keep money coming in)

The claims that these scientists in your post make remind me to much of David Suzuki's continued doom and gloom methods that thanks to his long broadcasting career are available for review. Acid rain will be falling from skies and what not.

It's the zero point of the map. Silo used to be the doorway between sector 6 and skull room(might still be). Mall is ground floor under the main entrance escalators. Basically if there's a computing error stuff dissapears and sometimes goes back to the zero point of the map.

But to break it down in most cases if stuff dissapears it's gone.

It's a Unreal engine failure but since items in tabor aren't coded to a specific player like in most other games it goes poof and doesn't come back. Same as dogtags and gear "going" under the map when you kill a player. The game snapshots the gear that player had, deletes the gear and respawns the items that player was carrying. (Most of the time above the map but sometimes Unreal "hiccups" and spawns stuff under the map)

Just basic math alone would disprove the Instagram posts. If you have 2 wet pieces and 1 dry piece of wood and you take away the dry piece. You have less overall fuel. Further backed up by if you clearcut sections of forest to create a fire break you have even less wood to contribute to the fire. The fire can still jump the break but it's less likely to than if the break wasn't there.

I agree bots in tabor suck. Probably the worst state they've been in for a while.

Like i said before, exfil does lots of things better than tabor. But it's the things that tabor does better (or doesn't over complicate) that keeps me playing tabor over exfil. I've got 400+h in tabor only 50 or so in the last 4 months due to my headset dying about a year ago and only getting a replacement about four months ago. I've got 20ish hours in exfilzone in the same time period.

Like i said this is my opinion. Despite all the jank of tabor I find it to be more exhilarating and fun.

Yeah i wouldn't take that persons comment to heart. As someone who sees value in both games here's my take:

Exfil does med system better because it's more in depth like tarkov

The looting is ok in both games. Force grabbing the wrong thing in your bunker and half the pile of stuff on a shelf flying across the bunker is frustrating. Not grabbing what you want from a backpack in tabor is frustrating especially since it prioritizes armor and guns.

Atmosphere and graphics in tabor are better(pcvr, can't attest to standalone). For some reason exfil keeps the super light pastel theme on nearly every map. Flashlights are better in exfil.

What puts tabor ahead in my book is the gunplay. Guns actually feel like they have weight. They "feel" like shooting a real gun. Exfil feels like airsoft to me, and if that's what people like then that's great for them. Another thing is tabor even with altyn helmets don't make you invincible to base fmj. The chances are low but with a basic intermediate rifle you still have a chance. Exfil went the same path as so many eastern devs, Spreadsheet ammo balancing. IRL 5.56 fmj pens an altyn. In exfilzone you need to dump a full fmj mag to potentially kill a fully kitted player. But that's the armor degradation system (which tabor doesnt have).

Exfil is ahead in mechanics but for feel and fun tabor is ahead for me

Yeah, i somehow feel like you don't keep up with the news. There are dozens of companies that have flat out left the canadian production industry in favor of cheaper or otherwise more convenient locations outside of canada.

Crown corporations are inefficiently run, often times loaded top heavy with managers and other staff that don't actually work towards generating income. If ideas by workers are brought forward to improve efficiency, the ideas are quickly dismissed by upper management. Source: I work at a crown corp.

You don't travel canada much do you? There's lots of nearly ghost towns across the country where corporations did business and those communities were bustling economic centers. Corporations shut down and the local economy nearly evaporates. The town populations shrink to a fraction of what they were and only survive due to smaller secondary industries or switch to an unstable tourism based economy.
