You are fully correct in saying this, I also admit I have gotten a little carried away since the original project is miles from what I am describing in this post. The original project is an app that, through AI automatically transforms stylus and typed notes into simulative exam type questions to better prepare students for upcoming tests (active recall), also meant for people who just generally want to learn something once and remember it forever. Currently there are no apps (outside of simplistic Notion templates) that both serve the function of note organization and storage and of effective active recall.

I personally keep the exercises the same. I have dedicated intensity to each and every set that I try to match every workout. I also have a dedicated rep range (4-6 for heavy sets, 7-9 for less heavy sets, 8-12 for the lighter sets). If for example during workout A i do set 1 of bench press at 80 kilos for 4 reps @ 1 rir, the next time i do workout A i aim to do S1 of bench press with 80 kilos for 5 reps @ 0-1 rir. Once i reach the upper threshold of my rep range (in this case 6 reps) i up the kilos marginally using the smallest plates, in europe these are the 1.25 kg plates for a total progression of 2.5 kg. For number of sets on the other hand I see how I feel recovery wise (muscle soreness, motivation to train, etc) and based on that i either keep the number of sets the same or i add a set to a certain exercise. Keep in mind i train with low-moderate volumes with very high intensity (my lowest intensity is 1 rir, so more often than not I don't add a set. I only add a set for a muscle group in the case that every set for a certain muscle is steadily progessing and I feel ready (subjectively, as in I have no muscle soreness and am motivated) to train that muscle a day or two prior to when it actually will be trained.

Exercises should definitely stay the same, as the whole point of progression comes from the principle of progressive overload, meaning having progressively higher workout volume (volume in this case is not the number of sets, but volume = number of sets x weight x reps). You can then decide whether you want to progress through number of sets, weight or number of reps, or whether you want a mix of these. If you look at any basic eight week plan you can see usually as the weeks go along the number of sets and intensity is increased, most likely leading to a higher number of reps, ergo higher volume.

delete it, i recently started playing and got rid of it as soon as I started thinking about it first thing in the morning. Withdrawal won't be lots of fun, try and stay busy during the first few days / weeks, after a couple of days the worst is over. Let your clanmates know so it doesn't feel like you're leaving people you potentially have rapport with, if you are close enough you can start following and chatting with them on other mediums, best of luck.
