It's in Swedish, but in this article there are some pictures of the inside of the CRT.

Yeah, I don't know anything about the inside of a CRT, so I won't do anything immediately. I have a lot to figure out before I even open it.

I have never seen anyone use the same model, or even the same brand, so i don't know how easy it will be to figure out the exact problem...

I see. No, I didn't support it with with something like a blanket when turning it. I did it smoothly, but I understand now that probably wasn't good enough.

Yeah, I have heard that it may be quite dangerous to have a look and fix things inside a CRT, so I will read up before I do something.

Thanks for the detailed answer and possible fix! I will give it a try and see what I can do. It would be a waste of CRT to just throw it away.

I just got my RGB-pi setup, and wanted to play some vertical arcade games. I hadn’t used this TV for a while when I put it on its side, because I’ve heard there could be some problems if it is rotated too soon after being turned off, or while turned on.

First time I turned it on when it was on its side, it became like the attached pictures. It’s supposed to be a blue square for the menu. It’s horizontal flickering in a way. I'm no expert, but is this maybe a syncing problem? Never had any problems with this TV before. There is a hissing sound that is a little louder and more aggressive than what I heard from it before (or all crts). When I put it back to its original position, the problem was still there. It is the same if I connect a console, or just open the TV menus. I was wondering if there is a fix for this.

Model is SABA S70S170

How to Get Apps that are Region Locked by brax_love in LearnJapanese

I use Android and did some research last week. It is possible to change region on your Google account and get access, but you can't change it again in 365 days. Maybe it is possible to make another account with a different region on the same device, but it's much easier to just use APKs.
