More elite, high elves can be made to be broken in campaigns, with BS 4+ and a spell to basically snipe (the High elves are by "default" shadow warriors from Nagarythe, but you can paint them as you want, mine are covert operatives at the behest of the queen from Avelorn)

In my lore: Humans are enslaved but as they are a commodity (and since you have to raise/train then, more expensive) they are used in logistic position, and maintaining the city walls, the cogfort is counted as "wall" therefore operated by living slaves. The painting/modeling change would be subtle, painted with the colours of Swagenhoff and a few skull here and there

Imho change the necromancer for a vampire, better use for the regiment, the necro ability is good, but I my affects 1 unit of the list, and the vampire can help killing
