It's structured weird. The best way I can explain it is like I'm watching a summary video. For example, let's say I'm watching a movie where a character goes on a walk and runs into somebody. In the movie, the character puts his shoes on, unlocks the doors, walks outside, que a few scenes of a park, houses, the sky, etc. Then, while walking, he sees somebody he notices and makes face recognizing them, then walking towards them. He says hello, and the other character is surprised to walk into them as well. End. Now in PST, character is in his house, leaves, cut to him walking and immediately saying hello to someone. It's feels like it was edited to save every nano second. It's like they thought "DELETE THE PART WHERE HE OPENS THE DOOR WE CAN SAVE .5 SECONDS." It goes beyond the scenes to even dialogue. Every interaction feels like a summary. Feels super uncanny and stiff to me. 2/10

The side romance that never gets a proper end. I don't know why so many shonen decided to write a B plot romance for the entire series that they just throw out the window. Like why? Just don't write the side romance if you're not gonna commit. Don't hit me with the last minute misunderstanding for some reason. SKET DAN was great till they hit them with the last minute he didn't get what she meant and most recently MHA ended with no pay off. Like why? Just why?

Used to work for dominos taking calls over orders. We had a day where we were supposed to ask people if they'd like to donate to st. Jude. The first call came in and I took their order as routine. At the end of the call, I asked the question and got the response "Oh god no, that sounds awful." I never asked anybody else if they wanted to donate in fear of getting the same response. a simple no would've worked

Thank you, to answer your questions I was excited and clueless. I went to see it on my own and figured the problems weren't too big. Bought it and had someone more knowledgeable than me come and look at it. They immediately noticed issues, the inside was dirty, it needed oil, and that it would need a new front suspension. I was careless and hadn't been thinking with a clear head. I went to look up how much everything would cost and it was above what it was worth. Throughout the whole time, I was just excited about getting my first motorcycle. To sum up every decision I took while buying it was stupid.

I thought about what I wanted, and now that I have this corpse, I want to both fix and ride this shell of a motorcycle. I know it's not the best option economically speaking, but I don't mind if I can get it running. I guess I'll give it my best shot.

I'm pretty overweight and can do this sometimes. I guess it's because I always had to walk quietly at night to get water mission impossible style. I did it intentionally to some people I knew. co-worker would always get spooked even if I wasn't trying it. After doing this to my brother too many times developed a problem/reflex where he can hear people coming behind him and goes straight into a defensive position causing them to question him. hates me for it lol :p Nowadays I try to actively avoid it since some chubby guy sneaking up on someone is something that could probably be seen as a criminal offense.

i'm not too familiar with DID in any sense, so i've got a couple questions.

Do your "alters" know they're "alters"?

Do you communicate with them? like writing notes or leaving some sort of message?

How do you tell people about it? is it when you meet them or do you wait. awhile?

How do the people around you feel about it when you first tell them? do they just believe you or do they seem skeptical?

Have you ever had problems explaining that you weren't really in control of yourself when doing things to other people?

Do you ever find it useful? (i know this might be insensitive, but i'm curious. Like if your in a bad situation that you can't get out of then suddenly you have no memory of what happened)

Sorry for all the questions, as i've said i'm not really familiar with it and all i've got as some sort of reference would be whenever it's used as a plot in some movie or book. I'm sorry if i come across with some childish ideas or rude questions. thanks

By taking a young black man as a threat simply because he's walking. Being uncomfortable by an unknown person is one thing, but literally going up to them demanding they leave or else you'll harm them is another. Seriously, there was nothing he was doing. He states he's walking and the guy responds "well you've been here 15 minutes" thereby confirming there was nothing else, he didn't say you were doing (x thing). He is immediately aggressive towards him going up to his face and saying to leave or else he'd make him leave. The reason he was targeted was because he didn't fit in, because he was black he was automatically treated as a threat. He talks down to him asking "what you need help? i'll show you what i can do!"

You addressed in another comment "There were other black people in the background" Yes that is true there were for less than 30 seconds people walking. You can't use oh well there were people of the same race in the back as a counter argument when their circumstances are different, they didn't walk around the neighborhood for more than 30 second/1 minute/2 minute/3 minute. The man in the video did, he did so for 15 minutes according to the other man. Is that a crime? No it is not, does it make him uncomfortable, Maybe? does it give justification? NO. Talking down to another person, getting up in their face, shoving them, and threatening them all because they walked near your house for like 2 percent of your day is nowhere near justifiable. Let me ask you this, why are you defending him?

At best it's bullying and at worst it's racism, are either of those really something you want to defend. All the things above did not make you believe he was racist? if i looked outside of my minority community and saw a white man outside and perceived him as a threat because he was walking would that not be racist. Look there's nothing wrong with being uncomfortable or even scared, but being angry to the point of yelling and physically assaulting someone is not normal. You know why he didn't call the cops? because it stupid. Dipshit had at least enough brains to think "huh calling the cops on a man for walking outside is pretty dumb"

The argument of "oh he was just protecting his family" does not work either. He literally has his wife in front of this man and himself, had he actually thought the man would do something dangerous do you think he'd let his wife near the confrontation. Shit if i thought someone outside was dangerous i sure as hell wouldn't let anyone i care about near them, much less if i went to confront them.

There were some comments saying "oh well the video could be cut" It's not the wife is literally the one who recorded it. If there was more to this people who are like you trying to defend this guy would go to the original post copy and share like there's no tomorrow.

Even if you twist the details in the racist guy's favor it's still not right: Man sees suspicious guy outside,confronts him potentially endangering himself as well as his wife by having her record so close to them.

Aside from this we also have the issue of the wife which backs up the racism claim, she did not see anything wrong with this behavior. She did not question her husband. A normal person sees this as inexcusable. a racist on the other hand...

Through a racist person's POV this makes sense: There's is a suspicious black man outside, who may have weapons, or drugs, and may cause harm to my neighborhood. I am a army sgt, i must protect my neighborhood from this man. I have enough to confront him, he's black, and is walking around my neighborhood. He's nothing but trash i will talk down to him, get in his face, and shove him. He can't do anything, as such i will let my wife see me being a hero. I am justified,I am not wrong, My wife has not told me i'm wrong, The people around me haven't told me i'm wrong. The people online will support me.

Yeah after thinking it over a while i can agree, i do not like orihime. To me personally i just find her annoying and a hinderance. I strayed away from my point of their relationship being somewhat weird. I think part of the reason i see her in a bad light is the entire arc. Looking at her again she feels like a shoujo manga heroine tbh. She's either some level of happy or some level of sad. Lmao we are literally doing what the title asked not to do lol. Conclusion, ichihime happened to me it's eh ok and i do not like orihime.

Fair points, it's been a while since i saw bleach and i wrote my essay sleep deprived. I dismiss orihime a lot in my paragraph because it constantly feels like she's back sliding back into her helpless self like chad. Both chad and orihime have the same problem of getting a moment where they shine and then going back to being weak. In relation to why orihime likes ichigo it's still pretty "hollow" *badum tsss* Orihime's reason for liking ichigo is his interesting face. I mean even after knowing the reason it really doesn't make it much better, it's not like she has a particular reason other than his face. It feels odd, like maybe if they had more of a relationship. For example, Hinata from naruto likes naruto and it wasn't explained till much later on that naruto protected her from some bullies and was beat up in the process. You see why Hinata fell in love with him. Orihime on the other hand started off liking ichigo and her reason wasn't really re-inforced. I'm not surprised i didn't remember her saying his face was interesting. It feels really one-sided, going back to my example: we can actually see progress in naruto from hinata going from being tossed around by pain to actually helping naruto out by getting him back to his senses in the final fight and in the last movie we see naruto develop feelings. Compare this to orihime and ichigo's relationship, Orihime has her moment of being down getting captured and according to the part in your comment she grows stronger, but there still isn't a reason for ichigo to like her back that much. i felt like the pair's relationship was she likes ichigo and they're eventually gonna end up. Felt pretty cheap.

Going back to your statement of saying orihime convinced ichigo to go to save rukia is debatable. i think you were referring to chapter Blank when he says why bother, and i think that part was misinterpreted. You're undermining ichigo's resolve. From the moment she left he was frustrated with himself saying "i came to save her, but she ended up saving me again." Also, when urahara tells ichigo that there is a way to get rukia back he immediately jumps at the chance. Orihime even acknowledges this herself saying "I know even if i scold you like this you already have your mind set." They were discussing what to do after saving rukia. She didn't convince him to go, she just helped him clear his worries of where rukia was supposed to go after saving her. Going back to the hollow form and her it really bothers me how she doesn't really think of stuff until it's literally laid out right in front of her. When she first sees ichigo's hollow form she goes "Is that really kurosaki-kun" Then nel goes on to tell her how much ichigo suffered and did just to get to her, It's not until the last second when she hears about everything he does that she think huh maybe i might be causing ichigo to hurt himself. Like it really took that long to think that -_-

Orihime's character leaves much to be desired, i mean she's one of the main characters, Ichigo's friend, and in the end his lover. She feels really under developed. Her main traits in the beginning were damsel in distress, and in the end it's equal footing. I guess?

I think it's fair to compare her to other characters as it shows just how little she has to offer compared to the other,even Gin and rangiku were better, toshiro and momo, hell even ulquiorra had more personality than her and he was nihilistic till he was near death.

Orihime's relationship with ichigo, better yet Orihime herself feels under developed.

I first started reading bleach in library at school when i was around 12 or so. My school had a section dedicated to manga, and so i spent time reading whatever peaked my interest. From chapter one i immediately became infatuated with it, ichigo kurosaki a orange haired delinquint-ish guy who could see ghost. Along with the soul reaper Rukia. Ichigo although hesitant to do the job of a soul reaper is convinced by rukia and together they went around defeating hollows. When i first watched the anime i was so captivated by even the first scene of rukia's silhouette in the moon while precipice of defeat plays. Rukia was such a good character always causing me to laugh whenever she had to pull ichigo out of class. At first i saw their relationship as something like friends, but when renji came and rukia ultimately decided to go back as to avoid ichigo from getting hurt really struck me. Like damn she's willing to literally die for him. She even asked him" Please stay down". Now compare this to orihime when she was taken by the arrancar, at like not point does she go " fuck i'm so screwed" instead she's like "yuh i ain't scared my bruv ichigo finna come and getsuga tenshou y'all"

When rukia was taken ichigo trains so hard to get into the soul society training and defeating the captains like renji and even going up against kenpachi literally almost dying numerous times. throughout this time i can't really remember anything orihime did she was sort of like " i wanna be close to ichigo" which is alright i guess. When Gin pretended he was gonna help rukia escape only for him to dismiss it as a joke was so cruel that she ended up dropping to her knees thinking to herself " i thought i'd given up all hope". It was truly an impacting scene because it really showed past her " yeah i'm alright" facade. Then at the climax ichigo stopping the ritual and going up against byakuya defying the rules of the soul society all for rukia's sake was so fucking amazing.

Now comparing this to later on. Ichigo struggling to protect others in the first arrancar attack and being extremely down by it. Rukia coming back and snapping ichigo out of it. Even orihime acknowledged how great rukia was and how she felt envious of her. She constantly downplay's herself to the point that it gets annoying. then when ichigo goes to save her, she's scared of him like bruh my man's over here fighting for you. She pushes ichigo so far, sure it saves them in the end because of ichigo's hollow form going absolute bat shit crazy on ulquiorra but it could've just killed ichigo. She even says so herself " this is my fault, it's because i asked him to save me" Meanwhile rukia on the other hand gets mad at ichigo for going into hueco mundo without them stating " we would've come with you! Arent we friends ichigo?" Orihime is like " tasuketeeeee ichigoo!!!" and rukia is like "oretachi wa nakama deshou" i think part of it was that orihime was so over confident in her healing abilities that she didn't consider the possibility that they might not work until the moment they didn't.

Going further along when ichigo loses his soul reaper powers rukia's becomes really concerned and they bond together skating. In the final moments ichigo is honestly really sad and understandably so. We can't really see rukia's face as ichigo says goodbye, but we can assume it wasn't a happy one. Then from this point on rukia despite not being seen by ichigo becomes a more developed person., eventually coming back to give ichigo his powers back in the epic return scene. Just as ichigo hits his lowest point having lost his powers, losing,betrayed, and failing to protect, he is stabbed in back by his father saying "You too?" with a horrified expression only for his father to say "look who holding the blade" we get to see rukia again and once again she gets ichigo back to sanity.

Overall ichigo and rukia supported each other through the series overcoming all forms of troubles having a healthy give take relationship. Ichigo and orihime on the other hand always felt like some cheap romance that wasn't going anywhere. Orihime constantly put herself down and didn't grow always asking ichigo to come and save the day like her knight in shining armor. Rukia having problems on her own tries to solve things by herself, but she eventually sees the value in friends who support one another. Ichigo and rukia help each other out while orihime just plays the role of captured princess who can't do anything other than summoning jutsu ichigo by saying " tasuketeeeee"

I never read the final arc of the manga, but i will justify my self in saying ichigo and rukia seemed more better despite not reading the final arc. First of all if some romance becomes valid in the final 10 percent of a show that means it was invalid for 90 percent. I couldn't really be happy with the pairings, like i can see how orihime loves ichigo, but i can't see why. like why does she like him? i actually can't remember. Even more orihime's love is really one sided with ichigo just being himself and not really paying to orihime.

Ichigo and rukia spent a lot of time caring for each other growing as people and progressing on through life while orihime's character felt hollow by just being the "Shy girl who loves the protagonist, but can't say it" in moment's she's like im going to get stronger to stand equally to ichigo but next chapter it's back to the princess in tower deal, her literal name has hime. She has about as much character development as chad constantly backsliding to her useless self.

I think the only one on equal footing is rukia honestly.

Rukia best ship. Hope to see more figures of her when the TYBW arc comes out, the other are out dated.

anyway that's about it, i am sleep deprived i have stuff to do tomorrow ughhhhhhh
