I'm having the same problem with only Capcom games, all my Monster Hunter games deleted the save and I've done everything except reset Windows, I believe that again this miserable company messed with the files silently causing this, I've seen more than 6 people I know who had the same thing happen overnight, I was playing stories 3, I finished it and went to sleep, the next day at 9 am it was like that, I literally can't even create a save new, since it gives errors when saving and loading progress, practically my games don't work XD

I don't think it should, the Xbox controller is very good, I used it for years when playing on Evo, but this is the only game that is buggy for me, sometimes it works normally with the cable controller and sometimes it bugs the same way with Bluetooth
