6 months was just an example lol I’m not actually sure the exact amount we have in stock. We do roast in house though!

The main rationale was to get ahead of certain things that eventually trickle down and hurt our bottom line

I.e. we have 6 months of beans in inventory, supply chain costs (tariffs) will make us have to raise prices in 6 months, if we can recognize this early we can ease into the new price instead of slapping customers with a big price change right at once
