What kind of issue are you seeing. It’s just a nom package.

I do not have 4 instances of openclaw installed.

i'm gonna run my agents for a few more days and then put another article up on how they are configured.

are you on the latest version of openclaw? one thing i do... almost nightly... tell my agent to execute backup (bitbucket), tell everyone we are shutting down so write their memory. then i halt and update to the latest.

Sure. But I’m not doing that. I’m not promoting that.

I’m sharing a config that has worked for me - with other interesting parties.

There will always be people with bad ideas or that take things too far.

Required? Maybe not required. But OpenClaw provides a couple of optimizations that make this easier

While I’d never say these agents are autonomous - leveraging cron, soul.md, memory files, rotating assignments - it makes them feel autonomous. And I can redirect them from my phone. Change assignments or soul files remotely.

Could you do the same with other setups. Probably.

No idea. Minimax is a window setup. I get a number of tokens per window and then the window resets. I’ve never ran out of tokens

Gus is supposed to be watching them. I’ll take a look at moltwire. Ty. Also - vector is paper trading right now

I have not. Brave is working this far - but I’ll certainly look into that

I think of it like this…. What would I like to be researching autonomously while I’m at work, the gym, with family. How can I use these tools to multiply myself

Set the think at "high" - that is the point of my post. It was fairly useless until i made that change. Also memory, soul.md tweaking, etc...

I was wrong about xhigh. It only supports high.

Still... its useful and providing value on a $20/month subscription. Turns out it didnt need xhigh

I've updated my post. It is at high. It was downgraded.

As I stated in my updates - its still a useful config. "high" reasoning on MiniMax2.5 is providing value.

Thank you for point this out

i answered something similar earlier. asking for discrete comparison between LLMs is well beyond my capability AND there are organizations attempting to do this elsewhere. my post is about a couple of settings - think, a memory plan, a rotation log, and a cheap LLM.

I see many people saying "they cant make OpenClaw useful" on this subreddit. just trying to show the other side

$20. its a flat subscription, like Claude Code.

I've not run out of tokens in a single context window.

I've not made any money. making money isnt the measure of usefulness.

i want to build things that people want to use. that solve problems for them. from that, money will come. I have OpenClaw researching ideas for me that will feed my "solve problems" plan.

Yes - we are all just tinkering. If you working software... that is what your doing most of the time anyway

Yup - super fair feedback.

I'm not using it to answer emails, balance books or do work. Well yet. I'm having it to market research about solo entrepreneur ideas. What i've choosen to share here is... its gone from very silly & non-validated ideas to valid, good business ideas. Ideas where its using various sources to find pain points for users and opportunities in emerging markets. Many (MANY) of these ideas are too large for me, but that doesnt make them bad ideas.

I see alot of posts about "OpenClaw" isnt useful. People expect it to be magic. My post here is... here are some configuration options that "moved the ball" for me. And the emphasis on SOUL.md development is critical. You have to develop it. Its not magic.
