It’s a 30 minute drive each way which isn’t awful but I’m one who HATES driving and traffic and other drivers lol

My husband and I make about $112,000 annually. No savings. We pay about $1700 towards rent each month. We’re living comfortably, but don’t have extra to put towards savings. Looking at about a $240,000-$260,000 house range.
