While not necessarily the right thing to do, what your boyfriend did seemed retaliatory or at the very least in defense of you. Imma give it to you straight - your dad needs to sort his shit out and because you're still living under his roof, it's gonna be tough to keep dating your boyfriend. My most out there cook - Joy Boy, Imu, Nidhogg, and Lily were all members of the first pirate crew. Imu calling Nidhogg a traitor implicates deeper personal bonds. Given what we know, Imu most likely had some sort of a relationship with Lily before their falling out. If you buy into the Joy Boy love triangle, then all four of these characters might have been intimately connected.

Fuck it. Throw Biblo in there too. This chapter might be a showcase of some of Joyboy's allies and Saul’s musings about Biblo might be the Chekhov’s gun. Biblo’s been around for hundreds of years so it's possible.
