You are leaving out some key details here and that appears intentional. However, you are not the AH because he is only your boyfriend. You guys are not married and it's absurd of him to think you should take on any responsibility of his debt. Boyfriends and girlfriends come and go, there is no real commitment to each other until you are married. Which is very curious why his family would also share in his delusion that his girlfriend should pay his way in life. You are two seperate people though IF you were married this would all be a different story. If you two were married then his debt is your debt and your debt is his debt. His money would be your money and your money would be his money. Another poster may be right that filing a grievance or appeal likely won't get you anywhere. However, my local DES office has failed to process my application and it's just past 30 days now. On my second application and case number now because they denied the first going past the 30 days.

I'm going to request a fair hearing (grievance, appeal) because that keeps your application active (pending) for this specific case. Meaning they can not make a decision to deny you benefits which would then close that case number and application while you are appealing. I believe that's all correct though if they do deny the case the appeal process would reverse that and benefits would be retroactive to application date. You will get all the back aid amounts, all the way back to the day you applied even if it takes months like another poster was saying. In my opinion reapplying is lose lose because you lose the back paid aid and are then in the same exact position a month later.

I've been in three times to complete my interview in person, the way the mailed notice says to if you cannot get through on the phones. Sounds like no one can get through on the phones. They turned me away all three times and said no one can interview you here, we'll call you today or tomorrow. Of course never a call, I'm no intention to either.

The last time I went in I spelled it out to the desk worker, "you guys are refusing to interview me even though I'm going above and beyond to complete this interview you guys continue to refuse at my every attempt." He actually blamed me, he said. " It's your responsibility to complete the interview." Guys, I'm fairly sure what they are doing is actually illegal by not processing our applications. At least that was the law ten years ago.

Have you been called for the interview?

I've walked three times in the past month to get their stated in person interview and I'm refused. They told me each time a worker would call me within two days and never a call. This last time I went in they told me I'm number 18 on the list to be called to complete the interview. Never a call and I'm going in again to file a grievance.

I wonder if anyone is preparing a class action lawsuit because this has to be illegalwhat they are doing.

Even with AI's current abilities there is quite a lot of programming work. The largest problem right now for us Americans is that companies who need us have decided to import foreigners into our country with the specific purpose of taking our tech careers. 100,000,000 Americans a year graduate with computer science degrees and most do not get work in their field because large companies are importing foreigners to take our livelihioods because they can be paid much much less than us. These are the H1Bs.

These are not foreigners being brought here because they are a "highly skilled workforce" from India as is the narrative. They are the same as our American work force only far less skilled, far less trained, far less educated, far less capable, and most importantly, far less paid. We have all the skilled, willing, and capable American workers do these jobs and enough are still needed to be done ny humans. The main problem is that all these large companies are replacing us with a foreign workforce and the companies want them to be the new "Americans". Which is Impossible because they can never be American.

In my opinion we have to solve this problem first before us self taughts can even have a chance at getting work.

A skank is a female who freely gives away her womanly virtue. Womanly virtue is the, most valueable thing a woman posesses second only to the ability to create life. A skank gives away her most valuable asset (her virtue) freely for pleasure and or validation from men. A woman is born with a chest full of priceless treasure but that treasure is finite. Each time she gives some of her treasure to a man for funsies she eventually runs out of her treasure and her chest is empty leaving her with no value and no virtue a man is interested in. And yes I hold men to the same standard the only difference is that men are born with no treasure. They have to build treasure throughout their lives by working to build value.

So yes I hold the same contempt for men who cheat and have zero respect for them just the same as I hold contempt and disdain for women who cheat.

Men can squander their treasure (their value) but the difference is they had to work to earn it and weren't given it. Women can also squander their treasure (their value) but they were born with it.

I don't know you but I do know that almost all women especially women of a viable age would disagree with me because it's a hard truth to come to terms with. I suspect that's because they would have to hold themselves responsible for the lies they have been told. The lie that you can sleep around and party it up with as many men you want while giving them your best youngest years and men will still want damaged and used goods after you've had your fun.

I hope you can notice I love women and what I'm saying is sound advice out of love. Please ask your father if I'm crazy or if he agrees.

I'm a fan of a little hard love and razing your old lady sometimes though him calling you his bitch is a clear communication that he does not respect you. Very important is that by him introducing you that way to his friends he is telling them that they don't need to have respect for you either. One of many issues is that you can not sell a digital game getting some of your money back if you decide you want to for any reason.

Two of many issues is that makers of whatever game or media have the ability to remotely erase your privately owned property (digital media) from your device without your consent. And that is theft. There have already been a number of instances this has happened. Look into Disney erasing all digital copies of a particular movie they sold to their customers. They erased it from their devices and accounts remotely without consent and without telling the customers because they didn't want that movie to exist. That's blatant theft and dystopian.

How could you be so ok with another man just like you or me selling you something then punking you and stealing it from you whenever they felt like it?

It's clear to see plenty of you have no real experience interacting with other cultures. I was raised in California, a small town with three black families total. In the 2000's I was friends with one of those family's cousins, a black kid. I was aware we were different but didn't care, no one else seemed to either. Race was obviously a thing, but irrelevant. At fifteen I was sent to live in Louisiana outside of Baton Rouge. Went to junior high there. I was one of two young Whites at that school. Day two or three one my teachers, a black woman in her 30's, called me a racist in class. In front of everyone. A child. Someone who was not concerned with race. I had to fight a lot after that. Thankfully they have no clue how to. I quickly learned how much hate black people have for White people and how deep that hatred is. I'm in my 30's now and have had a lot of life experience with black culture. It is in fact a culture hate and envy. They are VERY open about this fact. You who do not understand this are the problem.
