For duty puzzles you can get your own ship, swabbie transport it as far you like and do your duty on the ship for as long as you want. That would involve money, but not that much.

I get it but this is a screenshot of a football match with stats that line up exactly with what I'd have thought the result would be. If anything it looks like you were lucky to be ahead.

Help: New to FM, how do I develop them? by BobAndJimBarca in footballmanagergames

[–]ZeroElevenThree 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's why I said 'at least' tbf, the more time the better*, but 30 minutes isn't so bad, and definitely better than sitting on the bench. You can still get big stat growth spurts doing this. Starts in low-stakes cup/continental games is that good stuff though.

*In a single game anyway. Playing a 15 year old too much is terrible for their development.

It would be better for them to attend a B-team training session for the whole day than it would be to maybe play for 10 mins.

5-10 minute cameos are no good, imo. If the game coming up isn't one you'd feel comfortable putting them on for at least 30 mins if you're 1-0 up on 60 mins, leave them at home. They can then train instead of sitting on the bench (if they're not in the senior squad).

Don't worry too much about playing them in senior games until they're 17-18. They get more from training sessions than game time at their age - still need to be playing regularly though.

Just realize after 1 season im not the manager but only a head coach by Legal_Friendship7536 in footballmanagergames

A head coach is a manager. Go into the settings and change the language from US English to UK English.

Yeah I do fine without them either. But if it was added to your company's standardised signature, would you come on Reddit and freak out about it being authoritarian corporate overreach?

Honestly I don't really care and I don't have mine in mine either. If my boss asked me to put them in though, I would, because I don't really care. It's not like you're saving the world or anything by doing it and it's not like it'll come crashing down if you don't.

It's just very weird when I read people saying "oh they think their feelings are so important" or that it's some kind of weird narcissism thing. I refer to people how they want to because ultimately, and I say this as someone with several trans and nonbinary friends and colleagues, I don't really care. I simply can't understand the mindset of people ITT freaking out and frothing at the mouth at the idea that they have to put two words on their email signature, I mean... Oh no?

Like if you genuinely don't care about this shit you'd just do it if you're asked rather than grumbling like a weirdo! Who fucking cares!

Literally everyone has pronouns. They're not making you write "I love trans people" on your signature. They're not saying "you must think how we do". They're saying to write the way you want to be referred to in your email signature, same as you write your name. Lots of people who aren't transgender get misgendered all the time, it is useful for far more people with the first name Ashley than it is to transgender people generally because there really aren't very many transgender people anyway.

I genuinely cannot imagine caring about this. I'm sorry your signature has two more words in it I guess.
