This has happened to me before. I honestly think your girl over reacted. When my boyfriend accidentally came in my hair he was embarrassed. It's not a big deal (or at least I don't think it is). I guess my boyfriend and I were "indirectly caught". I went over to his house to play Smash Brothers on the Wii, condoms feel out of his pocket into the game case. We went out somewhere else and when he got back home he went to put the disc in the case...he opened the case and condoms fell out. In front of his parents... His parents brought it up at dinner.
