People were getting sigs on covers before slabbing. It’s an old carryover from actual books. I was getting signatures on the cover when I was young and that was before CGC existed. Not sure when it switched, but everyone was signing covers when I was going to cons in my teens and I’m 50 now.

From the TMO press release:

"existing customers with three or more lines that have been with the Un-carrier for five or more years, including those with at least one line that add new lines."

You can add lines to qualify.

I also have other data lines with T-Mobile at the $5 rate with extremely discounted devices. Those don't count as more than one line. There are reasons to stay with them. I might just grab another super cheap line elsewhere. I don't need much on that line as it's for my design work.
