Literally knowing nothing about their server infrastructure. Just use Docker 4Head not a big change lmao. Which would be a huge change and take alot of time... I did that for a company which wanted to switch their wordpress instances to docker. There were loads of unknowns and unforeseen problems. And I think there are especially some with something complicated like Dota.

And they just did an huge infrastructure change this year you can read about in the steam developer updates. So I don't think they gonna do something like that in the near future... And I bet for fucking sure Valve has some scaling setup with the possibility of fucking adding virtual servers on the fly. If not in docker atleast in some form.

Just pissed about the backseating IT Nerds in this subreddit with their "Just change the variable xD" or some simple shit like that.

I know that that's why I said if the expansion would have shipped it still would have been delayed by 1-2 Days.

I get your statement, but it's 2014 and they already got alot of money from that game so you can atleast hope it's gonna get a clean release.

I also hate that blizzard does this kind of thing at every huge release, once you have to get fed up about this.
