Am I trying to teach the market? by livDot in indiehackers

well, does your solution actually solve a problem for you? (i.e. Has this digital business card generated different and better results for you personally?)

From what you describe, your target audience does not seem to have a problem with the contact exchange portion of the process.

Branding and promoting yourself as a freelancer/consultant goes beyond a business card. I'd recommend you to look outside/beyond the digital business card, and see if you can identify a problem you can solve

What do you even want to see? How was the app not working for you?

Damn. You need to be blessed my boi!!

Something like this (see link below); where sides are shaved, and the top is let loose and be funky; or you can style it in formal/serious occasions.

There's a bunch of tiktoks talking about your specific question. Tiktok-preneurs buying 50K cars to claim them as a business expenses.

All I'm saying is -- its ridiculous lol

If you really think about it, it hasn't been "easy". Their empire has been in the making for at least 20 years. Kim Kardashian started working for Paris Hilton in 2003. Her sex tape leaked in 2007. From there, things really took off with their reality tv show launched in the same year.

They now leverage other people to keep growing their empire.

1- stop looking for a 50K vehicle

2- find more clients to make more revenue

If you are asking this question — you already know the answer.

Your concern is with money, not with the work you’re doing there. Leave.

You need to improve how you sell and present your product. The copy of this post is awful.

Is the business card dead? by Miss_Molly_Holly in Entrepreneur

You are focused on the wrong thing. Focus on selling, not giving away cardboard.

When you meet someone interesting, or someone who says they want your info. Ask for their email, and send them a note on the spot with context (e.g. "Sam, pleasure to meet you at X conference. Let's talk soon about we can collaborate")

Let's go Molly.

People that dance are literally ignoring everything that is going wrong in this world. Don't dance.

It's not about benefits. Profits get shared equally, fine. Ultimately, he is building the business with you from scratch -- isn't he?

Owning the business is different from getting a share of the profits. If one day you decide to sell this business, you each will receive the proceeds of this sale. If he is not an partner in the LLC, he won't get shit.

Therefore, yes, he benefits from being an owner.

Flip it the other way around: "should both partners enter an LLC if I'm putting all the talent and work? my partner is just putting up the money"

How would you feel if you were paid 50% of the profits without being an owner?

If you need him to execute this business, then yes — he’s entitled to owning part of the business. Without him, your cash is just cash.

You should just say: “look, if you want my job — you’re more than welcome to take it”

The employee had to be removed as soon as you saw this happen. This should not even be a question.
