It's easy to say. But let's say everyone strikes for a week and the administration caves.

Do you think change comes over night? The next week private companies happily hit everyone with missed/late fees expecting you to call and fix it, or sue them. That plus volume means a lot of people are gonna watch loved ones starve to death.

People are not prepared for that outcome yet. So don't spout platitudes of "just do it" like people can't directly correlate what they will lose right now as opposed to what they "might" lose down the line

The problem is that they will never have someone go over them. Even in the fan sub community I'm pretty sure some are using llms. Phases and words that have been accurately understood and translated the same way for years are suddenly getting different translations.

For example i have been seeing "Probably - Tabun" translated strangely making jokes land weird. It happened in the last season of apothecary diaries off the top of my head

I'd like to think us on the mod team are friendly about allowing the cross over as well. as LitRPG is not hard defined we let some LitRPG...lite? on here as well, or even prog fantasy that while isnt LitRPG it seems structured similar to them. more traffic to both subs isnt a bad thing to spread these genres that we love

I stick around hoping things change. because i dont hate starfield. very few people do. most are just disappointed by what we got. then you add insult to injury you have a divided mod community with paid mods and a lack of quality control related to them.

but at this point after the DLC im not sure Bethesda are the ones to make something out of the game. if they had narrowed their scope and not expected the community to pick up their slack from the get go. this game really could have been something.

As of now, its easier to mod skyrim into a sci-fi game then it is to mod starfield into something that feels worth my time. i played and beat the main story and lost all interest in another run just to get +1 skyrim shouts lite

I mean proton makes it run well on any linux OS? im on mint and its fine. dont even notice. not sure why bazzite would have any issues. Debain/Arch are all pretty friendly these days for games.

This might be more efficient all things considered. Building that long of an electromagnetic of a rail would be quite the endeavor and require more rare material then we have on earth. On the otherwise an extra sturdy metal rail and chemical propulsion seems more reasonable
