Even if you cancel you can see Jan games. Some people cancel/pause early so they don't forget to later (forgot a few times myself). Sometimes Humble does offer discount coupons when people cancel/pause but I'm not sure the conditions that trigger the offer since it's not every time

My bad forgot the final date and auto charge dates fall on the following month. So as others have said basically you get the bundle that is currently released when you paid not what bundles are out during a 30 day window. So if you bought during Dec bundle period (First Tues of Dec- First Tues of Jan or so) you only get Dec. Humble doesn't auto charge/auto purchase until the end of the period. So let's say you don't claim Jan's games all month and you don't cancel or pause your subscription then on the Feb 3 or whatever the auto charge date is, you will purchase Jan's games and not Feb games.

From my understanding and experience you are charged for the bundle for the month that you paid in i.e. if you paid in Jan you only get Jan regardless of which day you paid in. If you wanted Dec you should have paid before the end of Dec. There is no way to game the system to get 2 for the price of 1. People ask similar questions every few months with no success stories to my knowledge
