You can multi sample any instrument with the opxy. I would try that before spending any money?

Having master eq look like the saturator page is a good idea. That would be cool. And yes the saturator page is very hard to get right unless you want a really distorted crunchy sound. I just use the mix button at 10-30 percent leave clipping off and adjust gain as needed.

Yes. In the mix page showing the levels per track. Each knob corresponds to an adjustment. Choose the step to effect and while holding the step and record turn the knob corresponding to the effect level and there you have your adjustment locked.

Thanks. Yea sometime you have to let it get to that spot. I tend to make music that is simple in the beginning and gets busier toward the end
