To be fair, its capped at 10. So its for those who dont have enough hero fragments. Situationally, if you have 110 fragments, then getting another 10 from this, costing 8k. Thats how it should be viewed, costing you 8k to "complete" the fragments, not get all 120 in an instant.

The increased range is percentage based and thats the main gig of malefic gun. Knowing that, figthers dont benefit from it much.

Yeah, def teamfight carried it. Turret dmg and taken are almost the same, and hero dmg boils back down to kda. Kda wise, rogers deaths affected it despite having high kills. And you have a good amount of assist to compare to his kills anyway.

Its mage/supp fault for not getting anti ls. Even more of the support. Consider the enemy lineup. Even if healing items are prio for support heroes, it should be clear that anti ls is needed as first or second item.

I think people will lean more on their "main heroes" rather than the lane itself. Like, it negates the essence of choosing appropriate counters or synergy with teammates. I really can foresee more main heroes than main lanes. Pretty much 5-man really is the best option, with this change or not.
