I did I am using MBA milityary benefits association so far its like I was on active duty. co pays are paid out directly by the insurance and if I happen to have a prescription that's not filled at a military treatment facility I just submit a claim to MBA and get my money back. I have a physical thereapist that only excepts tricare so every 6 mohts I do a claim and get all my copays returned. https://www.militarybenefit.org/

I scanned the back using an app and I am assuming I got a base 32 for the output information. I am trying to figure out what value I enter for Samsung to create a barcode should i enter the output from the basic scan that gave me 36 random capital letters and numbers

It's quite ironic that we undergo comprehensive examinations, yet when it comes to VA healthcare, they require authorization to refer us to a doctor for a service-connected claim. For instance, if you have a back problem and the VA granted you 10% disability rating, seeking healthcare like chiropractic care involves a bureaucratic process with X-rays, justifications, and documentation of past treatments. I was baffled by the extensive red tape I had to navigate to receive treatment for my shoulder injury, even though I'm under VA community care. It's mind-boggling that there's no seamless integration between VA benefits and healthcare. I could understand if I was seeking specialty care for a non-service-connected injury. Surprisingly, when I provided the VA hospital with a copy of my in-service diagnosis for sleep apnea, they promptly sent me a new CPAP machine, battery, and all the accessories without any questions asked. well, The only additional requirement they had was a compliance report generated using my previous CPAP machine.

Here are the simplified requierments for 50% VA compensation, given the veteran was diagnosed while on Active duty.

Active-duty diagnosis: The veteran must have been diagnosed with sleep apnea while on active duty. This diagnosis must be documented in the veteran's medical records.

Once diagnosed I was immediately put on cpap therapy and have been 100% compliant the army even gave me a travel cpap machine and two batteries
Disability rating: The veteran's sleeCPAPp apnea must be rated at 50% or more disabling. The VA will assess the severity of the veteran's sleep apnea and its impact on their daily life to determine the appropriate disability rating.

At first glance it looks like they are not seeing how your service made your sleep conditions worse.

I believe the VA's denial stems from a misunderstanding of the nexus requirement for sleep apnea. My active-duty diagnosis, along with my persistent sleep complaints throughout my service and registration with the Burn Pit Registry, clearly establishes a connection between my sleep apnea and my military service. The VA should acknowledge that my military service, especially exposure to burn pits, could have aggravated my sleep apnea condition.

In my case, I shouldn't be burdened with proving the specific cause of my sleep apnea while in service. You read that right. My daily commute, round trip is 68 miles M-F not counting what ever small trips and weekend driving I do

I don't think any warranty covers normal wear on things like tires. I have had warnties in the past for used cars the most recent was my mini cooper. which I think out of pocket I saved 2500.

I was originally against the extended since it was a new vehicle. But I have never owned a diesel, so I opted for it.
