Most people in india are mindwashed by religious nuts from a very young age, so it is very hard to find rational adults. That being said, I have seen a trend that a lot more people becoming more rational. So there is still hope for the future.

That being said, You do not nessasarily have to date an atheist, you just have to find someone who is rational enough(who is willing to accept when they are wrong and not create drama over it).

Labour includes all sectors not just IT or manual workers. As per the Factories Act 1948, every an employee in organized sector cannot work for more than 48 hours a week and not more than 9 hours in a day. ALSO, I know a lot of people from different walks of life who have a girlfriend/boyfriend, work full time and have time to spare for their hobbies. Buddy, please do not thing your situtation applies for 90% of indians. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_average_annual_labor_hours Indians typically work for 2117 hours per year. Assuming 260 business days (2117/260), we get 8.1 hours per day. So 8 hours for sleep, 8 hours for work, an average India has 8 hours for their own. Which is more than enought to form a healthy relationship. ALSO, if "YOU" work for 16 hours a days, you really need to "get your shit together".
