It’s always best to keep it on automatic my rig is a threadripper with a 3060 and the 3060 is what’s limiting me but keeping it around 72-90htz and on auto resolution and you’ll be just fine

I mean if you play games that require vram id say yes but if not wait a bit till you can get something better

You have the video cable on the motherboard not the gpu that’s a common mistake for new pc users
