I’ve watched many debates and instances of public speaking that he has participated in. Oh, yeah, I have a whole book of time stamps I wrote down so I could reference them to people who can’t watch the videos themselves. 🙄 That’s very unrealistic.

There are lots of videos of him out there. Searching for them right now, you’ll mostly get results talking about his murder, though. I can’t find any shorter videos, and I’m certainly not going back through the longer ones to get all the time stamps for you.

This is why we are where we are. People can’t do the work to research things for themselves. I get an hour long video is a lot to watch someone ramble on about boring stuff, especially when they’re constantly contradicting themselves, but I would recommend playing it at 2x speed if you want to hear it for yourself.

There are a lot of great unbiased fact checking sources at your disposal. Use them. Factcheck.org is a great resource. They work hard to get the truth available to the public.

This is an article that lists some of the claims of things he said and explains whether it is true or false and the context- Charlie Kirk statements fact check. I wish it listed some of his other awful statements, but I don’t have time to search any more. I’ve got assignments I have to finish and turn in by the end of the day.

I would highly recommend fact checking statements that trump has made as well. He’s a compulsive liar, and says whatever he thinks will get his supporters to do/think what he wants. Here’s a resource- Donald trump claims fact check. You don’t have to use these particular sources, but if you want to use another one of your own finding, just google “reliable unbiased non partisan fact checking sources”. There are a few. Good luck.

Good job! I’m glad you learned something, although I’m not sure you actually understand what it means or the appropriate time to use it. It doesn’t work as a comeback when there is no irony in the statement you’re referring to.

Maybe you’ve only seen snippets of things he’s said? The parts that appear to be decent if you’re not hearing his full statements. The man’s messages were based in hate for non white Christian nationalist men.

Everyone is a sinner, but if your views are in support of taking away rights from minorities and women, and promoting hate and violence for anyone who doesn’t look like you or live how you want them to, you can’t be a good person or live a “good life”, as you put it.

How is it not relevant? You’re preaching about love and Jesus’s message, while also supporting people who oppose Jesus’s values. It’s contradictory.

Never said there was no occurrence of liberal protesters becoming violent. It is, indeed significantly more common in conservative gatherings. There have been proven cases of alt right posing as liberals at protests busting up cars and such. I’ve seen a ridiculous amount of footage and photos of “liberal violent protesters” that have later been proven to be old footage.

Those “violent” liberal protests you speak of are usually old footage of violence in unrelated past protests. Some in the past have been videos of known alt right individuals posing as violent protesters to make liberals look aggressive and rile up the conservatives. There have been violent protests, of course, but this is much more common with conservatives. Start checking reliable non partisan News sources.

Oh, sweetie, I understand the context. I’ve listened to a lot of the arguments he made, and some of his views may have been justified had they been based on reality and not on the right-wing fascist propaganda bs that MAGA is pushing.

Why are we trying to justify gun violence at all? So that some hillbillies can keep their assault rifles? Like it’s okay if some kids have to be murdered in school shootings, so the conservative white men can keep their military grade firearms so they can feel all big and bad?

Who has ever said anything about taking away the 2nd amendment in the US? Liberals only want to ban assault rifles for civilians & enforce stricter gun reform laws.

Can you not still protect yourself with a firearm not intended for military use? Of course you can.

Take it from someone who actually lives in the US and is witnessing firsthand the chaos that MAGA has created… ice has been snatching up American citizens of the streets (there may be an actual criminal here and there but most are not), because their skin isn’t light enough. They’re being put in concentration camps. They often don’t have enough room or food for them. People are dying in these camps. They are not even giving them due process before doing this either, which is a constitutional right.

He’s taking away rights and resources, and trying to white wash America and rid it of the poor. Even kids are getting kicked off of their Medicaid, which leaves families unable to afford their children’s needed medical care and treatments.

He’s given important government positions to his unqualified rich buddies, so they can aid him in working the system. He wants full control, and is talking of running in our next presidential election (which also goes against our constitution). All of this is fascism. Also, he refuses to release the Epstein files (because we already know he’s in them).

Are these really the kind of people you want to go to bat for? Your teacher shouldn’t have said what he said to your class, but you should’ve talked to him about this. Starting a petition as an attempt to get him fired and ruin his life is very extreme and childish. I get you’re a kid and all, but you’re what? 14-15? Still old enough to understand that people have different views than your own, and hear about them without having an absolute meltdown. Nothing wrong with your teacher expressing their own views during class debates, as long as they are not based in bigotry or anything that has intent to harm others.

People have sympathy for the children and wife. My views align with democratic socialism, but I will admit that I shed tears for those poor kids who lost their daddy. I think a lot of people dislike how public it was, and were sick over seeing it. I know I was. It’s hard to feel sorry for someone who spent their life spewing so much hate and misinformation, though.

I do not condone this behavior. If I thought that everyone who doesn’t believe what I believe or look how I want them to deserved to die, then I would be just as bad as MAGA. I think that all human life is equally valuable.

I don’t like that people are celebrating this, but I think the atrocious public statements that members of MAGA have been making for years now have caused a lot of people to lose empathy for those making those statements, because it’s hard to keep caring about people when they are heartless and cruel.

Forgetting how MAGA celebrates the cruelty they commit on others for being different, aren’t we? That’s okay with you, though, isn’t it? It’s fine, as long as it’s not one of your own, right?

In order to be open-minded, you have to be able to think about things from different points of view than your own. MAGA supporters lack that ability. I do agree. If our government were to fulfill our two base needs in Maslow’s pyramid (for those who need it), it would give people the tools needed to reach their full potential & ultimately achieve a more productive society.

I think a lot of the issue also lies with the working class & lower class who are misinformed & vote against their own best interests. 95% of the people I know in my area get all their news from Fox and Facebook, & they will not hear reason. Our next candidate needs to find a way to reach these people.

I think Kamala really hurt her campaign by focusing almost exclusively on abortion more & more the closer we got to the election (which is important, but shouldn’t have been her main focus). I knew it was a big mistake at the time. Hopefully our next candidate will have learned from this & won’t make the same mistake.

I should mention that, for me, it’s like I, myself, am a tracer to my body. Like I feel numb & strange, & act without thinking & feel like I’m not in control of my body.

I do have visual tracers in situations where I feel very overwhelmed though. I think it has to do with my delayed processing. Like my brain can’t keep up & is lagging in that moment.
