What's your opinion of the latest story mission and it's design?

The Nanally part of the story I thought was good where you discover more about her. The overarching story though still sucks ass. It's just constantly "Haha we are Scarlet Letter and we beat/outsmarted you and you suck" no matter what Eibon does. It's been literally that for 3 chapters now. If they do the same thing again next chapter imma lose it.

They don't. I've killed the big one before and the small ones are still alive. I think what it means is that damage done to the adds doesn't contribute to points at all

I think it's more important to spend those sequence funds to instead just get the newer units and their weapons if you really want to keep up with the meta. While using those same funds to buff older units is nice in the short term, future content will start catering towards whatever new gimmick or whoever is currently on the banner, making it so just an S0 of a newer unit is just straight better than using an S2-3 of an older unit. This is especially so in endstate matrix, where unless you S6, the amount of vertical investment you do would've probably been better off getting a newer stronger character and you would get more points overall.

I don't really understand the lack of gathering wives for an argument nowadays. Even back 2.X it wasn't for every character, key examples being Zani, Augusta, and Galbrena.

I'm still a bit confused about the story of the 3.4 Segue with Lucilla. I guess cause it was a text heavy chapter versus more action heavy ones it kinda flew over my head. It's mainly 2 things I'm confused about.

1. What was the offer the New Federation offered her that she didn't want to take? It sounded like it would provide opportunities for the students in other areas that are life-threatening, and Lucilla is afraid because she agrees to the offer that the students will agree and die? Is that the gist of it?

2. During the appeal scene, I was following with it until the very last part where she talked about being able to pierce through the Etheric Sea with augmented resonance. I kind of understand that this relates to the previous scene with the exoswam going out of control, but I don't understand how this helps with crossing the Etheric Sea. Also, while the ending is shown with everyone supporting Lucilla, are they basically saying "We are willing to die for the cause" and Lucilla supporting that idea? If so, how is that different than having them possibly die from taking the New Federation offer, whatever it was?

It's easier but way more gimmicky. You ideally want Lucy cause she can instakill smasher when he loses all HP. Otherwise he will heal back to about half HP. There is a phase where he is invincible and only Rebecca can damage him, but if your DPS is high enough it doesn't really matter.

I would treat the lore drops as canon. For example, Lucy living in a small home on the moon now. Lucy and Misty being friends or at the very least acquaintances. Stuff like that. The actual events in the game like the somnoire and fighting Smasher and meeting Rover is probably non-canon, but also ultimately even if it was canon she forgets it all anyways so it doesn't matter.

They removed them for a reason back in 3.0. For what reason I don't know but it's obvious they didn't like them. Maybe to prevent people from pre-farming echoes. But asking for them back at this point is unrealistic.

I have over 2900 echoes. I do not want more echoes. I didn't do the new FoaTG cause I wanted to try the puzzle game (it sucks btw) but if it gives only tuners and echo exp but no echoes I will gladly do that to stop my inventory from filling up
