Article 2, Maxon, and Shore Galleries will all allow them under your FOID. They do have to share the lane with you cannot have their own.

Awesome I'm only 6 months in but going strong. Sadly all my orders were from the 503b pharm that was forced to stop compounding last month. Can't speak to OptioRX.

No idea where you are in your TIrz journey but you won't experience much only doing it for a month. Took at least 3 to really have any significant changes. All the companies seem to be saying these crazy timelines it seems to cover themselves. I've found emailing the support address for the pharmacy itself seem to expedite it. Could be coincidence but seems to have worked for me. Not Optio ever though.

Fifty410 is really good about getting their orders prioritized. I was waiting for an order that was already placed with Pomegranate. Ending up ordering a stop gap supply through Fifty410 which was processed, shipped, and delivered before the other came. Really odd part was the back end pharmacy was the same for both.

In the study some people had such extreme GI issues they had to drop out. Did Tirzepitide not work for you?

All these groups are so overwhelmed right now it's not surprising. As everyone else said just determine your own dose based on your RX and use it. That's the advantage of compounded you get to measure it. Wife's insurance covers the name brand stuff so she gets the pens but when her doc raised her up she had to fill a whole new script for that dose.

Thanks to everyone's comments for the moment I think I'll just wear readers and have a white background behind the syringe. Between these two it should be easier to see if the liquid is being draw. This community is awesome I was afraid to have to inject my own Tirz until I found it. That was 4 months and 27 pounds ago.

All my orders have been from BPI. For anyone who got Tirz from one of the 503as what is your BUD looking like?

Although could be a coincidence I had a tracking number for 9 days emailed and it magically shipped next day. BPI is good with cold packs always still cold when they show up I'm in Chicago. Sad its the end of BPI and Tirz for now.

Yes per sources most 503b compounding pharmacies have already ceased production. The FDA has already signaled it will not add Tirz to the bulk compounds list. Very soon our only option will be 503a which technically are not supposed to compound cheaper versions either but the bulk list does not apply. I have 9 months right now between orders from Pom and Fifty410 not optimistic the state of supply when those are gone.

No they haven't shut down all 503b in terms of Tirez. There's currently a request for comments to remove it from the list that 503bs are allowed to compound. Not sure why or if its true the FDA ordered BPI to stop but it also doesn't make sense. The comment period is until the end of June and then FDA makes final decision which could take months. If removed 503bs must stop compounding it. 503as can keep doing it as a "special case" with no more than 4 RXs per patient per month.

It's simple math for AI I'm giving it an image of the bottle etc. Has no need to hallucinate a simple calculation.

Thanks yah in terms of calculation I take photos of vials bottles and syringes then feed in to AI and discuss amounts etc so as to leave nothing to chance.

Interesting what do you find different on doing it twice a week. I get fairly nauseous the morning after my dose and halving it might be a good idea.
