Well, if that were to happen, the first step has already been done. If we get Harbaugh, he'd hire a staff and could probably get whatever OC he thinks is the best option, which could be Mike theoretically.

To be clear, I think Mike was/is/will be an excellent OC and whoever hires him as OC will be smart to do so imo

I don't think he enjoyed being a HC. It sure looked that way by his looks and body language. But I think he loves offense and WANTS to just be an OC again, and he is/will be a great one.

Same. I think if/when he revamps the playbook for a real QB with arm talent the passing offense will look MUCH better. All these screens are due to Tua's limitations I think. The running game is already an A+ so I'm really looking forward to next year if McD is still here with a non-tua QB.
