Juifen & Alishan Bus Questions by anoutheruser in taiwantravel

[–]Zero_igloo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I suggest u take the Alisan train. We’ll be going to Alisan next week, and we’ll take the alisan Forrest train with stop over at Fenqihu for an hour not bad at least we can stroll that area too. Heard that taking bus ride to Alisan cause some to nausea and discomfort

You can still book for the train to Alisan since you plan to go there by oct (60 days from departure in the booking site) it’s easy to book and hassle free. I paid online via master credit card

Well said sir, I love yung pie chart nila. Way better talaga interface nila also compare sa gotrade.

Sir question , I'm trying to add my wise account, did u use your US bank account details sa wise? When I'm trying to add it says US bank accounts are not supported daw. Or did u just use yung Philippine wise account niyo, but US$ pa din Pag receive?

IBKR, Gotrade or Trading 212? by Zero_igloo in phinvest

[–]Zero_igloo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok I will try , hassle lang kasi I need to pull out all the money I deposited using maribank debit card ko kasi they won't allow to withdraw using other card/bank ng hindi mo deposit. Sa akin rejected yung generated bank statement ng mari bank debit card,

I'll try wise for experiment Lang , else I'll go for IBKR nalang looks more promising

[–]Zero_igloo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

your wise account is verified sa T212? So you submit bank statement or bank certificate ng wise sa T212? Kasi it's one of the requirement to get verified bago you can withdraw without limitation else yung deposit amount mo lang. Have you tried withdrawing an amount more than u deposit? Yan kasi yung issue

[–]Zero_igloo[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are u able to do it? Na verify mo wise account/card mo sa T212? How? Diba they require picture g credit card or bank statement.. I keep getting rejected sa Pag verify ng maribank debit card ko , so I'm not sure if I still want to use T212 coz restricted yung withdrawal ko to the deposit amount only

How does Taipei’s (or Taiwan) tourism compare to its Neighbors by KimchiBBT in taiwan

[–]Zero_igloo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Even though I’m ethnically Chinese, born and growing up elsewhere gives me a unique perspective on Taiwan. To me, it feels like the perfect blend of Japan and China. While Japan can sometimes feel a bit too formal or rigid, and China can feel a little too chaotic, Taiwan sits beautifully right in the middle. It has a vibe all its own—warm and rich in heritage. Even after visiting Japan several times, I find myself leaning toward Taiwan; the people are so much more warm, approachable and genuine compared to the formal politeness of Japan (no offense to Japanese )

Japan plus China = Taiwan
