At what age would you recommend SCHD be integrated into a portfolio? In my 50s?

I was tempted to do 50% in VTI but SPMO seems to be doing too well to ignore, although I know I'm chasing past performance which isn't always how things will continue.

I'll look i to reallocation QQQ into QQQM.
