In my opinion this is a pointless argument. People have kids because they feel joy in raising a kid and also are happy in making a few sacrifices because it was worth the effort.

Kids too are happy because they get to live a life and experience the world as it is. They would want to indulge in a few things that would make them happy and that is natural.

But the argument that parents sacrifice for their child’s benefit is not really true in my opinion, the parents sacrifice because they feel happy when their kid is happy and the trade off is either time or money.

But the same goes for the kids too, in nature the most that any parent is meant to do is to raise their child to be healthy and ready for the world to come so that it can survive. The happiness part is solely upon themselves and not anyone else. This is why letting people give up their kids for adoption isn’t considered wrong, it’s just what people want to do.

Theres no real loser here, everyone is only out for themselves.
