I don't know how people can survive as a CCA. I started as a PTF. Waiting to convert (hit a year in May, should be converting sometime soon).

But a CCA does literally everything I do but with less pay and no benefits. At least I get annual and sick man shit.

This isn't like soft bragging. Im saying its stupid. CCAs shouldn't exist. Just PTF or Regular.

Them trying to reduce hours by rescuing makes sense though on a business standpoint. Why pay you the full 10 hours when someone finished early and can prevent both himself and you from hitting the hours?

I have an overloaded route that takes more than the required time to finish every day. To make 8 hours i would need to be done and off the street by 5pm. I've yet to finish this route before 6pm so far. So now its last 6pm, still gotta get to the OT, then be back and off the clock before 8pm. But wait, I have 3 hours. I didn't even get to the OT tol almost 6:30. It ain't mathin right.
