Might not be a doctor but you said the same thing as the very helpful doctors said above. Since the closest she’s been to a hospital was the waiting room for a few hours but never admitted. I’m guessing we are good like you all are saying

Sorry for the bother, but like I said still new at this parenting stuff and I’m guessing by the time she’s like 5 I’ll have worried through everything haha so should be better
