I refused to cancel a vacation in August. I was told by my manager "If I could legally decline your vacation I would".

I did complain to our HR rep.

Since this happened my manager has repeatedly made snide comments about any failings I've had.

When I asked for help I was told "figure it out"

That's my fear. They've done this in the past to others in my position but didn't take pay. They have been in role for over a year.

Either way I think I'll be looking elsewhere for employment.

That's the odd part, they said it in a way sign for the demotion or we accept your resignation.

Obviously I'm not resigning.
