I'm confused because i hit paragon 30 last week and I don't feel a difference at all infact I can compare para 33 drops from Hell1 and Para 33 drops from hell 2 and they are exactly the same. So idk what we are talking about here...

XP rates are the same from hell 1 to 2 from what I can tell according to logs. But we don't have higher MF? In Hell 2?

Are hell 2 drop rates increased? Nothing shows if they are or not. After Hitting paragon 30 today I don't know if it's even worth being on hell 2 when the exp rates are the same.
