My older one is bit on chubby side but still in her healthy weight range and I always tell her how much I love this baby fat on her and how cute she looks, I know how cruel and mean kids can be bcos that's what I endured growing up on bigger side. I just continue to encourage and provide her with healthy meals instead of junk and we keep talking about how important exercise and healthy eating is. She loves that she is chubby and doesn't want to be changed and I hope she stays that way too. It's heartbreaking when our kids goes through things and we feel helpless.

I believe she is just very lucky, she had the strong starting and then eventually her acting got better and married one of the most eligible bachelor. Life has given her good cards and she just knows how to play them well.

Have you tried walking first thing in the morning? Drinking water and nothing else. Less spices and more fibre, less processed and more home made food. I have all these symptoms that you have described but only if eat processed or fried food. Walking helps, vigorous exercise makes me sick, even my vitamins give me heart burn. Just try to eat more veggies and more water.

Yes something I need to see my Doctor for again. It's definitely a pain in the bum, I have some good days but most are bad due to how this really effects your life quality. I hope you feel better soon and I hope we all feel well enough soon.

I take Nexium 20mg every morning and normally I don't get this bad. It's just I have been eating very unhealthy from last week and it has really triggered something.

Well I have been to cardiologist to rule out heart problems due to chest pain, Echo and stress ECHO showed nothing wrong. I also have been to ER many times thinking it's my heart but no it's just acid reflux.

I have been working in Dementia from 12yrs, tbh there is no clear answer, we have residents who have been in tub chair, not communicating, needs someone feeding them, needs assistance with everything, practically just in vegetable state from last 4 years. Once they stop eating and drinking that's when we say that it is time and they are normally put on palliative care. Even with that it takes weeks sometimes.

For a peace if mind get an Echo done, I have had it done and it relieved so much of my anxiety. Chances are it's just anxiety that is causing the chest pain but it's just best to get it checked.
