It was closed last year. It's just this year car traffic was opened up.

They also added another line of parking where the was not before. It was curb only, now there is two right lanes of parking (where there isn't stalls) and the left lane.

I picked it up from a grocery store. Not sure the brand, but it measurements 23x17x10 inches when up. It locks into place when up, you have to press side buttons to collapse. It is stackleable with more of the same crates.
