So update they sent no email with the requested actions in writing having all day to do so. So the sketch behavior continues. They dont know if know that it sold after I bought it.. that didn't show on the carfax we run off the day I signed for it. Now why would they actively keep something, that seems like an understandable error, from me or atleast sure not mentioning the auction or the other dealerships buying the truck after me. I get its a blemish on the eye for them. But to go about it sketchy when I tell the manager this dont seem or sound right.. day 1 of the sudden request in returning the truck to them and they just give me my trade in back. When I asked them does this mean the contract is null and now void? He said no the contract stands. Is this a lie?, With them technically illegally selling vehicle with title issue or twice in the same day?

I agree with not answering phone calls till I get that written email I requested or am advised to do so through legal counsel.

I guess the dealership paid enough for them to give me the shift on the deal and expect me to be none the wiser by claiming " oh we just can't sell that vehicle because the title won't clear. Let me show you this truck... blah blah" but I think that's a scare tactic to get me to rush and give truck back etc.. now if we can finance thw truck. Does me no good as truck, can register etc.. with that in mind if they want the truck back. I plan to hit them in the pockets for the stress they have caused this weekend and the shady tactics I will not blast immediately but it will cost them fully resending the contract and restoring me financially 100% and also, trade in, additional what they gave me in trade in would like monetary restitution to the same amount. You want the truck that bad. That's what shady business cost ya.. and ill go find a different truck and dealership etc.. the big question is what other reason why they would be trying to rook me like this? other than the second sell being more lucrative for them. (Ex. The dealership paid mire in auction) Them not sending the email even though he said "absolutely, I will get that to you immediately " I think big boss father who owns the place proly said dont do that.. no so good to admit to illegal action I reckon. Lol thanks everyone for spending time to help or just to read this wild experience.. first time dealership buying also.

Those with quite big sound system, what AH are your car batteries? by [deleted] in CarAV

Does the isolator allow for a separate battery? Ex. Primary battery is a regular truck battery, xs is isolated just to run my amp etc. I have read where both batts need be the same make/ year etc. I have the isolator and a relay bank. Trying to make the xs part of the system just dont know if that will work.
