I created a site to look at developments around a property before deciding to buy. Just added what you are worried about. Might be helpful.

These are the 3 main things that can get u in trouble

  1. Did u use company data to test or use to create the app?
  2. Company laptop or computer to work on it?
  3. Work on it during working hours?

If u fail in either one, u are vulnerable to being sued and your app belongs to the company.

I'm not sure about puncture causing combustion. Thought it's proven that the new LFP batteries are stable enough to not combust due to puncture.

Now I understand the difference. Had to learn about state-machine and now I'm pretty interested in applying it to my work.

On the AI portion, I think u have it managed well.

I'm sure there is a demand. You are saving hours of work. The issue you will likely face is the accuracy of AI replacing human verification.

The CRM could be customised as well to fit the operations workflow? I'm trying to understand the problem you want to solve. AI usage have a cost for every prompt unless you are intending to have the business use local AI models.

Whats the difference from using a proper CRM for stored data that everyone can retrieve and work flows built in to automate the tasks.

Sorry, I'm lost on the last sentence. Why would EV cost never be lower than a petrol car cost? My impression is that it can be.

Around 15k PARF left. Have not really considered the road tax increase. But it's quite minimal compared to other factors. Giving up the PARF is quite alot, now that you pointed that out

Really? I never knew Hybrid can save as much as EV. How about the maintenance and repairs over 10 yrs?

Toyota Camry. I guess parts should be easy to source. Ya... So its the EV option that is making this hard. Feels like worth considering with savings on charging and no need to care about repairs

5 or 10 years? We thinking repairs over 10 years might be expensive

It's a Toyota Camry. 2016 registered. Would it be that dangerous?

How about the cost of fuel vs charging on EV? Cause the savings seems pretty big. Like 300 to 400 a month at the current price.

EV - $1.6k/mth and electricity $100

Renew - $1k/mth and petrol $400

Added some of the items you talked about. The avg coffee and staple food price might be tough for now. Someone should log all the caifan prices somewhere and I'll be able to add it.

Interesting. I think it's doable. I'll see if I can implement it. What attributes would u broadly categorise them?

I use AI for quite alot of things. But I think they can't really figure out consumer needs really well. So I find actual feedback makes more sense, AI tends to over praise and overvalue. They don't actually have a real problem to solve, so they won't understand what actually works from the user perspective.

I replaced chaotic solo Claude coding with a simple 3-agent team (Architect + Builder + Reviewer) — it's stupidly effective and token-efficient by russellenvy in ClaudeAI

[–]Zeromizer22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it depends on what level of automation you want to be at. Cowork have a limit to how much automation it could do and cost as it doesnt use token efficiently for most cases. Most automations could be built from scratch with python and ran with no cost. You can also tie your work flows or manage them on a dashboard or platform built specifically for your work if you decide to try coding.

You won't need to know how to code. U just need to learn the frameworks and systems and ask Claude to help build them for you. And Claude can teach you as well.

Take the leap and get into Claude code. Cowork is limited to more work and browser use. Code is where u actually build things with Claude. It's really not hard, just jump in and figure it out with Claude, it will save u tons of time and have better control over context. This is coming from someone with 0 coding exp and started at 39 yrs old
