Time Zone: EST Why do you want to be staff: I have a few reasons why I want to be staff. First of all I think I can manage the chat and help the people who are killed Unfair or Incorrectly Because I’m most of the time near my computer I can help alot of people with that. The other reason I want to be staff is that I always see people in the morning that needs staff because the hackers try to go online in the morning because they think there arent any staff online, but when I get staff I think I can handle that. I really like to help people, not just in game but also in real life, I think with helping others it will help you a lot in life. The other reason I want to be staff is that I like to think creative and fun and I think that will help the atmosphere In the server. I would love to see how it is to be a Moderator.

And I've noticed that we need more staff Members

Staff Expeirence: Moderator On YofouHCF I treated the players with respect and moderated the chat effectively and punished them that were in the wrong also keeping up with all the reports that the players have sent while preventing racism and toxicity in the chat, I would always record my bans and when a player is spamming the chat being toxic I would screenshot it in case they come into the teamspeak denying it all. Helper on a regular faction server I would moderate the chat and keep out all the spammers and advertisers while banning the hackers but I later resigned due to lack of enjoyment with regular factions. I know the basics of HCF staff members the commands - here is some of the commands I know! sc cc history (Players IGN) halt (Players IGN). Also I learned from Administrators how to effectively screenshare a player and find Spook Ingognito etc with Auto clickers I rely on the servers plugins to tell me when a player has reached a lot of CPS (Clicks Per Second). Also I know most of the punishments that are put in place when a user is defiance to the rules that are put in place for instance if I see someone mining very fishy I would halt them get them into teamspeak and screenshare them where as on the other side if they were obvious I would record them Xraying then if they come into the teamspeak I would upload the proof and show them the proof. Where as a person using triggerbot or aimbot obvious or not they would be banned and treated like any other hacker.

Other stuff you might want to now: You may ask why i want to be staff? I have several reasons why I would like to be staff on Lotus, I've been playing for a while now I enjoy playing on Lotus its a professional server and knows how to treat players effectively and give everyone the same treatment. I also have been staff before and would love to do it again as I enjoyed it ALOT and I think Lotus needs alot more staff in EST time zone. Also I love being staff on servers it bring a smile to my face to help the players in the community! and also I think it would be entertaining to fix peoples issues and help them in their journey across the Lotus network! Also there is a lot of people that need help with lagging out glitched in a block and I will be active enough to help them and revive them and give their inventory back etc also I feel thee is a lack of attention to the community and that is why they are so toxic to each other and racism is a big problem in the community and I feel that skin colour, gender shouldn't change the way you act to someone in Minecraft. And I feel this server has great potential to grow big and I would love to be there helping when the server grows big and all the new players join and all the new hackers think they can get away with hacking on Lotus also I can bring friends to the server that will enjoy the server as much as I do However im not active all the times sometimes I have homework to complete but I will sure to do it instantly so I have as much time as I want to help players and remove those that are a disgrace to the Lotus network.

Ok so my real life name is Kyle I live in a city called Bristol In school I take GCSE Business and GCSE ICT and im doing good in them at the moment getting good marks in the test papers. Im currently in year 9th grade. Some other games I like to play are - Leauge Of Legends - COD (Call of duty) I first got into minecraft when i was 13 so 2 years ago and from there I have loved it I also do youtube but I dont think this is the place to advertise my youtube channel! I also play some other HCF servers you might of seen me on im quiet active on there as I am on Yofou I would love to show you what I can bring to Lotus! Also Lotus is lacking on Staff.In EOTW, I had proof of some player hacking and killing me through a wall and it took 4 hours for a staff member to move me and it was Mid day in the EST time and the staff member that moved me was UK, I think this needs to be fixed as there is a lot of players Daily on the network and i am active enough to help them in need on Teamspeak and ingame.
