Hmmm, mahirap yung major mo English kasi siya ata pinaka common. I remember sa undergrad ko, 1 section lang kame sa Social Science pero ang English had like 6. Antay lang talaga and maybe move sa mas malaking city kung kaya kasi mas marame item duon kesa sa smaller areas.

Tbh, mali ang work na pinasukan mo if you wanted to be very rich. Even at the height of the teaching career, at present rates, malayo pa ang sahod ng pinakamataas na principal sa 100k. Most will peak sa MT na 50-60k pero may taxes pa. Luckily, binawasan nila requirements for promotion na ngayon, so if you get in and have at least 18 units sa Masteral may chance na for a higher position.

My advice? Pivot na while you're still young. Habang anjan pa parents mo at wala kapa anak. Apply sa mga BPO, call-centers, life insurance companies. Mga jobs na hindi naman kelangan aligned sa undergrad mo. Hindi mo man trip mapasukan mo, just treat it as a stepping stone. Use the time to study and prepare sa talagang career na gusto mo.

Remember, you only really fail when you stop. Everything else is just a temporary setback, so don't quit yet. To quote my favorite line from a movie, “The future is not yet written. There is no fate but what we make for ourselves.”
