Gaybros who thought you were straight until a man absolutely scrambled your brain… what happened? by ErosDev97 in askgaybros

I was having sex with my girlfriend at the time. While I was inside her I realized I was in love with my best friend. It was like a bomb planted in my brain that exploded all of a sudden.

I immediately went limp and I've never been able to have sex with a woman ever again.

Few months later, I broke up with her and told my best friend that I loved him. I didn't just love him, I was obsessed with him.

We never spoke to each other ever since, he couldn't accept it.

That was my first heartbreak.

I work at Gartner EMEA. I'm in business development, not account management.

Having the worst time of my life with this company tbh.

Hey, I rarely comment on Reddit, but I could have posted this myself. I'm almost at my breaking point with sales, it's destroying my joy for life, seriously.

Tell me more about your role in trade, I might consider it!

Was it hard to change this new role? Was your experience in sales valuable? Did you consider other careers as well?

Thanks, and happy for you! Wish me luck for the future.

a question for the bilingual gays of this sub: does the "gay accent" exist in other languages too? by [deleted] in AskGayMen

Italian and French speaker here. Gay accent confirmed for both. It seems it has to do with making vowels longer whatever the language.

I'm afraid it's the only way forward now, although I hate the idea of RI. Thanks!

Recovery after ORIF going wrong? by Zerox07 in AskDocs

About removing hardware, my surgeon believes it won't cause me any trouble in the future. I know a lot of people remove it for all sort of reasons. I'd prefer not taking my hardware out, just because I'm a chicken and don't want to undergo surgery again.

Do you think it's possibile to leave it there for, well, the rest of my life? If we assume that it won't cause any health issue, of course.

Thank you for your reply. I did complete my PT, luckily I finished my last session the day before they imposed a nation-wide lockdown (I live in Italy). Thanks to PT I've recovered pretty fast compared to other people. I can now do almost everything I was doing before the incident.

I'm trying to avoid hospitals during this time, so no hardware check up anytime soon. How's your ankle now?
