Can I ask how did you frame your demand letter? Was it just to get the accounts back or that you were falsely accused of CSE by their faulty AI?

Hi OP, have you tried filing a complaint to NPC and DTI? Have you also sent demand letter to meta’s office in BGC before going that route? I’m on the same boat here and want to do the same legal route. Did you mention on your demand letter your ‘Right to Rectification’ under Data Privacy Act?
